There are numerous translations of the Tibetan text seen in this image, however, those in wide circulation do not translate the letter, but the spirit of the original, and therefore do not convey the full range and depth of the original wording; the Tibetan text, most likely a direct citation of the historical Buddha,  seen in this image, if back-translated, actually literally means

"[The] phenomena[l world] are/is of the nature of the [ideational/conceptual] mind"!

Much space would be required for an explanation of reasons for this state of affairs, a word-for-word analysis etc., so for now suffice it to say that the prevalent commentary-like translations vary wildly. The one I encounter most often is,

"What we think, we become." and this is relatively faithful to the original, if one is able to follow the thought-processes of the person who made this loose translation...

"we" = The phenomenal world
"think" = the ideational/conceptual mind
"become" ~  since we, and the Universe, are made of the same stuff as our mind/thoughts, (we are "of the nature of" our mind), We, and our Reality, become/turn into what we think!

Note that this text is more commonly seen as 1 of 2 clauses in a quote that, if back-translated, literally means:

"The mind is everything; What we think, we become."
